From the unemployed and disabled, to national, world and Olympic champions, to the elite in the business world in varying industries, are just some amazing people I have been honoured to have worked with, trained along side, and competed against as they step out of their comfort zones and battle their mind and body daily to stay on course with their goals.
I have, as most of us have, seen and experienced depression, heart attacks, strokes, cancer, diabetes, arthritis, life lost through sickness and the aging process, injury, malnutrition, the over weight, the suffering and struggle from all walks of life in many countries throughout the world.
Through balancing our lives and simplifying our needs, we have been able to improve our health, follow our chosen careers and manage a rewarding lifestyle. Through loyalty and commitment to others we are simply about being ourselves and helping you to be you.
We invite you to click on the linked websites below for more up to date information, as we encourage you to discuss any options with your general practitioners and health care professionals when making the right decision for you and your family. What we do
Have not trained for years? Or ever? Love to get back to where you used to be? Football season about to commence and still not feeling ready? Sore knees? dodgy right shoulder from that computer mouse? Worried your sore neck will effect your lat pull down? Or your bad back will limit your squats? Over use injuries that just don’t go away? Feeling completely run down and need a pick up? Simply lacking motivation individually or office?
How we do it
A combination of relaxation, circulation, massage and mobility techniques, facilitated stretch routines, trigger point release, deep tissue and sub dermal therapy. This enhances a preventive approach to body maintenance and athletic training whereby soft tissues are free of trigger points and adhesions, thus contributing toward the improvement of peak neuromuscular functioning and thus the ability to move freely without restrictions.
If you have a desire to live a lifetime of minimal health problems, the greatest barrier to reaching ones full potential, will more likely be through injury or sickness. A range of low impact stretching, strength and conditioning exercises designed to improve control and movement throughout every day activity. Performance can be enhanced, productivity increased, injury prevented and quicker facilitation of recovery if injury does occur.
People who have experienced our body maintenance therapy very quickly realise its benefits, and invariably make it an integral part of their lives.
